The 2025 Registration process explained
2025 Registration Notes:
Note 1: Kookas complete Step 1 only.
Note 2: Masters players - Due to a delay in the Northside Masters competition being added in Squadi, please complete Step 1 and register in the Footsy App in the first instance. PHFC will send you a link via email to complete Step 2 once the competition is available in Squadi for your registration to be completed. Registration in Squadi is compulsory for the 2025 season.
Note 3: All other players - Step 3 - Football Australia's Play Football platform has been delayed. The club will notify all players when this step can be completed. This remains a compulsory step in the 2025 registration process.
Follow This Easy 3-Step Process to Join PHFC for the 2025 Season!
This is for players in U6 and Senior Metro teams.
U6 - Senior teams (Metro teams & FQPL teams)
Masters - follow Steps 1 & 2 only.
Kookas - complete Step 1 only.
Step 1: Register with Pine Hills FC
Where? Click the Register Now button on the Pine Hills FC website (available 6/1/2025).
What to do:
1. Provide your details and pay club fees.
2 Upload your Fair Play Voucher (if applicable).

Kookas: Stop here! You're done. ✅
At the end of Step 1, you'll receive a link to continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Register with Squadi (Football Queensland)
Where? Squadi App or Website
What to do:
1. Pay Football Queensland (FQ) fees (processing fees will apply):
U6-U11: $50
U12-U18: $66
Seniors: $130
Masters: $50
Upload a passport-style headshot photo:
Requirements: No hats, sunglasses, animal or other people, less than 12 months old and less than 2MB.
At the end of Step 2, you'll receive a link to proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Register with Play Football (Football Australia)
Where? Play Football website
What to do:
1. Pay Football Australia (FA) fees.
Fees (plus processing):
U6-U18: $15
Seniors: $35
2. Upload a passport-style headshot photo (same style as Step 2, players aged 12 & up in 2025).
Important Notes:
All steps for your relevant team must be completed to confirm your team placement.
Players who skip any step are unable to train or play until registration is finalized.
Masters Players: After Step 2, complete an additional registration in the Footsy App.

Each fee supports a different part of your football registration:

Football Queensland Fees: Competitions, insurance, and grassroots programs.
Football Australia Fees: National teams and football infrastructure.
